- Educational Qualification of the applicant:
- Must be undergraduate/postgraduate/equivalent / pass in any subject.
- Experience: Must have four years of practical experience as a branch manager of any microfinance institution.
- Age: Must be within a maximum of 38 years.
- The third category is not acceptable at any stage of education.
- Apprenticeship in each position maybe 6 months apprenticeship on work skills.
- Candidates should have the mindset to work in any area.
- Candidate must have computer MS Excel ms-powerpoint and internet proficiency.
- Candidates for post 5 must deposit Rs. 15000 and candidates for post 6 must deposit Rs. 10000 / – at the time of joining the job.
- At the time of joining the job, one of the parents, brothers, and sisters should be mentioned as the guarantor.

Candidates must attach a newly taken passport-size photograph and a complete CV. Candidates for posts 1 to 4 are required to ride motorcycles. Posts 5 and 6 are required to ride bicycles.
